I painted this one in a folk-art style with a single bold eye that pretty much runs the whole show. A chief in profile, red face, that headdress fanning out in blue and red with black dots scattered like the canvas got a little excited. The black outlines are loose and confident, the palette is warm white, cardinal red, soft blue. It has character without taking itself too seriously. Acrylic on 11x14 canvas, one of a kind. Hang it in a hallway, a reading nook, an office, anywhere a wall could use a face looking back.
